The AngelPreneur Venture Group (APVG) was originally

formed in 2011, just over 12 years ago by me, Peter "The

AngelPreneur" Ortmann, also known as (AKA: The Shark.

It is my privately held Hawaiian venture development

company and it will produce all my podcast series.

My wife of 28 years, Corrin and I are offshore sailors who

are passionate about the oceans and have seen first-hand

the destruction caused by ocean plastic waste and debris                                                               on our marine life, tropical island reefs and eco systems.

The impact of overfishing and needless shark finning.

So after many years of developing a series of businesses to self-fund our ocean-focused rescue plan, we formed the Clear Blue Oceans Foundation (CBO Foundation), a Hawaiian 801c(3) non-profit organization to increase awareness of the many ocean issues.

The global Covid nightmares that began in

early 2020, almost two years ago prevented

us from launching then, but also provided us

an opportunity to reflect on life, my projects

and learn important things about people.

The Covid delay caused me to restructure

several projects, eliminate some and even

add a few new ones. To launch my podcast

series and set a new course forward.

As APVG merges most of my projects to serve the non-profit CBO Foundation, we are finally structured to excel and build the vision I have been developing for years. How much of that vision will become a reality will depend on the support of like-minded individuals worldwide once we get things started.

It is a new world we all live in, but one thing remains constant - we all need food, water and power, as well as a healthy ocean. For this reason we have expanded our CBO Foundation vision and mission to build a fully sustainable,, solar powered community-based indoor farming facility.

We will also make and bottle our own fresh atmospheric water made from local humidity for consumers under our AirWater brand. All bottled in glass, with a bottle refund and repurpose strategy, while also building upon increasing awareness of the ocean issues and geoengineering of our planet.

I bring over 45 years of venture development, start-up, senior business management and marketing experience into my projects. Although semi-retired since 2007, I work harder today than ever before developing and refining my projects, while also providing consulting services to other entrepreneurs.

As I rewrite my CBO Integrated Business Plan once again, a PDF copy of which will be made available to all donors of $500 or more to the CBO Foundation. I am reminded by a video I watched a few years ago called: The Infinite Game - How To Lead in the 21st Century presented by Simon Sinek.

Simon shares my own mindset for managing business, certainly in the post covid world and how they should be structured and run today.  In particular, the importance of offering a purpose or Just Cause in building out a viable brand that shares a collective mission or objective.

To date my early partners and I have invested USD $2.4 million over the years into much of what you discover on the CBOWorldwide.com in the various refined business models outlined there. I refer to them collectively as the "Mother of All Start-ups" projects.

The journey here has been under construction for a long time, delayed by the Covid pandemic and other matters, but it lives on. Join us in this effort by making a contribution to the CBO Foundation, and watch us build a new voice for the oceans..

In the Spirit of Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple

“Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs

in the square holes. The ones who see things differently; they’re not fond of rules.

You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you

can’t do is ignore them - because they change things. They push the human race forward,

and  while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who

are crazy enough to think that  they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
